The way I work may be different from approaches you may have tried before.  My focus is on you and the clues that I can discover that promote healing - healing is different for each person. The things that best supported your health in the past may not be helping you at the moment and my goal is to find how best to support your body today and into the future. You cannot heal in the same environment in which you became unwell.

 

To move to an environment of healing we need to recognise what must be removed, replaced and rebalanced. We do this with investigative work – your body has the clues and answers to healing and we work together to discover that.  We can learn through insights in lab work where and how to support the needs of the whole body. Importantly, the foundations of health that MUST be in place to create the conditions for change. Each of these help create an environment that allows the body to heal.

I believe the body has a healing capability and together we work to discover what tools are needed to enhance that capability. I am not a healer, I am a teacher, and I am guiding you and teaching you to discover what your unique body may need in order to heal.

    In our discovery call, we’ll talk about your goals and how I can help you achieve them. If we’re a good fit, we can get started.

    We’ll take a deep dive into your current health concerns. Then we’ll work together to achieve your health goals.

Initial Consultation

Our consult is scheduled after completing your online health history and symptom form and identifying your health goals. This session provides an opportunity for me to clarify any questions so that I have a full understanding of the interconnectedness of your symptoms. At the end of this session we will have a personalised outline of the changes that you need to establish in order to advance you towards your health goals.

60-75 minutes.

Health Coaching - 6 Sessions

All health coaching starts with a minimum of 3 months, every 2 weeks, in order for behaviour change to take effect and to start experiencing changes. We will work on your personalised plan in a partnership and adjust based on your feedback. The coaching approach I use is not based on willpower but rather on understanding where you are in the Stages of Change and moving you from one stage to the next in order to help you make and maintain new beneficial habits a permanent part of your life.

An industry-leading genetic test based on 20+ years of scientific research and clinical practice that looks at over 160 genes in 36 metabolic pathways to help you understand what your body’s unique needs are, so that you can personalise your diet and lifestyle decisions for a longer, healthier and better life.

Genetic Test Feedback

An online feedback session on the results of your genetic report. The top 3 highest impact pathways will be highlighted as well as 3 nutrition recommendations, 3 x lifestyle recommendations and 3 x supplement recommendations. This provides you with actionable and practical information that you can start to implement right away.
